I met Eugene Burger at the "INNER CIRCLE OF BIZARRE MAGICK" gathering several years ago in the fall and was privileged to attend a midnight lecture with a select group of magicians given by Mr. Burger. I was truly inspired by many of the things he shared.
What an honor to have met Eugene Burger. One of the true MASTER MAGICIANS of our time. When you see Eugene perform ...you feel like you are seeing someone who has MAGICAL POWERS !! Not a guy doing tricks. He appears to be just this unique looking fellow who is able to do some very strange things.
There are many magicians that are good at performing tricks, fancy card shuffles and flashy-type maneuvers. This is fun to watch and can be very entertainining, however, I feel that sometimes it leans more toward juggling than magic. Mr. Burger performs MAGIC.
If you enjoy entertainment that has a fun, mysterious & sometimes dark edge, I would suggest that you see Eugene Burger should you get the chance. |
